To begin working with these Spiritual Helpers begin with the following:

Step 1. : Set the intention. This is the most important step to connecting with your Spiritual Helpers and asking them for assistance in your life. First, find a quiet place to sit down and set this intention, whether it’s in your scared space or favorite place in your home. Then, begin to set the intention by saying a prayer or affirmation. I suggest stating the following:

 “Dear Archangel Ariel, Goddess Lakshimi, and Goddess Abundantia: I call on you to assist me in my life to bring in more abundance, prosperity, and good fortune in all areas of my life. Guide me towards abundance and prosperity, as well as attracting it to me. I also ask that Archangel Ariel assists me with manifest my true desires and wishes (feel free to add specifics), that Goddess Lakshimi brings me everlasting happiness, and the Goddess Abundantia takes  away all worries and concerns surrounding money, abundance, and finances, may I know that my needs will always me met and then some. I affirm abundance comes to me now, in all areas of my life. So it is. Amen.” 

Of course, the more you continue to call on these spiritual helpers I encourage you to use your own dialogue of prayer and affirmation to connect with them, adapting it over time.

Step 2. : Meditate . Begin the mediation by sitting in lotus pose with your palms up and open on your knees. Then daydream, begin to visualize abundance coming to you. Focus on the type of abundance you want to receive in your life, whether it’s abundance for good health, happiness, good friends, money, prosperity, food, etc. Focus on the abundance you want in your life. Daydream how this abundance will look in your life. Next, focus on the feeling. How will you feel once you receive abundance in your life, focus on feeling that emotion now, as if it already happened. Feel the warmth and happiness in your heart and smile about the abundance you’re receiving.  Then, affirm it is so and let your desire go (let go of the attachment of your wish) to the Universe, God, and your Spiritual Helpers.

Step 3. Gratitude:  From there say, “thank you to your spiritual helpers” either mentally or aloud. Write in a gratitude journal about everything that you’re thankful for in your life.  And, start thanking people in your life for all that they do (e.g. family, friends, co-workers, gardeners, hairstylist,etc). Have a grateful heart and it will help abundance and more positivity come into your life more easily.

Lastly, during this process have faith and hope in your heart that all is well. And, listen to any intuitive guidance you receive after calling on these helpers.

To call on Archangel Michael do the following:

Step 1: Set the intention: Just say aloud or mentally, “Archangel Michael I call on you now to assist me in my life. I ask that you guide me to the right career path that is aligned with my life purpose.Guide me towards the Highest and best outcome. Thank you.” You can also state specifics like “I need help with finding work, having a clear path, protection from__, help with my computer, protect my loved ones overseas, etc.”

Step 2: Pay Attention: Now, that you have called on Archangel Michael it’s time to pay attention to his guidance. His guidance will come in the form of repetitive messages you hear from someone else, read in a magazine, a conversation you over hear, or even ideas that keep popping up in your head. You may also see the message such as in an advertisement, on t.v., in a dream, a symbol, etc. You will be able to tell that this guidance is from your Angels/AA Michael because the same message will come in repetitively, in three or more times. You can also ask Archangel Michael to send another message for validation.

Step 3: Take Action: You have the free-will to make the decisions in your life. Now, it’s up to you to take action with the guidance given to you by Archangel Michael.

After doing this exercise continue to communicate and have a dialog with Archangel Michael. Let your relationship with Michael grow and flourish. And, keep the faith in your Angels and that things will improve. Your faith will help you to overcome obstacles as well as strengthen your belief of working with the Spiritual realm of Angels. So have faith, trust the process, and believe in miracles!
